Tom, a pastor for over two decades, has been married to Karen for 24 years. They have three children: Melissa (and her husband, David) who lives in Guam; Meagan who is a sophomore at the University Of Northern Colorado; and Jeff who is a freshman in high school. Tom has authored four books: Living In The Hope Of Future Glory (2005, Evangelical Press); The Parent's Game Plan: A Guide To Discipling Children (2007, on-line); Atonement Matters (2008, Evangelical Press); and Treasuring God's Word.

In July of 2010, Lige came on staff as Associate Pastor in charge of Youth Ministries. Before this first pastoral position, he worked in various trades from a construction worker to the Vice President of a local manufacturing company. While in those varied careers, Lige could be found assisting and leading youth through the local Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle. Time spent in that ministry sparked his desire to work with students full time. Lige loves to help students see and understand what it means to be a true follower of Jesus Christ. He has been married to the love of his youth, Dusty, for ten years and together they have four beautiful children ranging in age from 1 to seven years old.
